*Who can participate:* International NGOs and Vietnamese NGOs, members
and non members of the NGORC
*What:* practical hands on training and formal presentation
*When:* from june 12 to june 16 2006 all day long
*Where:* NGO resource centre, 218 Doi Can, La Thanh Hotel, Building F1
(next to the swimming pool)

installation- hands on
Wednesday 14 afternoon Networks 102 for NGOs File server and intranet -
hands on (those training are technical, attendees must be technologist)

your NGO

Thursday 15 10h30 to 12h00 am Mixing old communication system and
modern ICT in rural villages

Thursday 15 13h30 to 15h00 pm Getting the most of your email without
loosing your time

Thursday 15 15h30 to 16h00 pm Unicode, what, why and how-to ?

Friday 16 9h00 to 10h30 am ICT and the legal environment in Viet Nam

Friday 16 10h30 to 12h00 Digital Divide, what can we do ?
