New OpenOffice Vietnamese Build available m104 ( Windows & Linux )

Subject: [ANN] Vietnamese OpenOffice 2.0 m104 availability

Hi

The m104 build is now available at http://www.vnlug.org/viooo/binary for
both Windows and Linux platforms.

This is the LAST build provided by ViOOo team before the official 2.0
release.

Please help us test it thoroughly. Bugs are reported to
l10n@vi.openoffice.org. Thank you.
