Hello all,

Just wanted to point you to our ICT R&D Grants Programme, we are
accepting proposals from interested proponents from the region. Please
help advertise this around. The committee will most likely reject any
applications from UNDP COs but please direct your partners and local
institutions to the website:

This will be an open theme round and submissions are due 10 Oct 2004.
Information on how to apply and on past recipients/projects can also be
found at the website.

The programme is a partnership between UNDP-APDIP, IDRC, APNIC, AMIC,
ISOC, and now Microsoft.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding the
grants programme.
