Dear Sir,

To introduce myself. I am a German national with science graduation and
an MBA in marketing management from Switzerland. I am working in the IT
field for almost 10 years now with MNC like the KPMG, Bearing Point,
Mannesmann to name a few.

This year I am planning to launch two books on the subject of BPO. One
of them is a directory of international BPO /related service providers
called the *-BPO Companies 2004-. *This international BPO/outsourcing
vendors directory lists companies from the countries like the
Philippines, Romania, Poland, Pakistan, India, Vietnam, China, Estonia,
US, UK, Netherlands to name a few

The first edition of this directory will be published by a German
Publisher and introduced at the International Book Fair in Frankfurt
Germany, on the 6^th of October 2004.

I want to make sure that all countries are well represented. If you
can provide us with the list of all the companies you have in Vietnam,
we can be sure that Vietnam is well represented. In return we will
mention in the directory that you -with your address- have provided this
information and for details or business connection, the international
companies should contact you.

There are many websites where companies can go and enter any amount of
information they like. There are also many listings available on the
internet. 300 books have been written on the subject of BPO so far in
2004. We want to add to this list a new directory.
