[hepr-vn] Information Communications Technology Volunteers for Viet Nam and the Region

Dear all,

We have formed a network, mainly (but not exclusively) of
volunteers who are working in ICT. We had our first meeting
in Ha Noi last week and we would like to extend an invitation
to any others who are volunteerng in any way in ICT or managers
who have an interest in or who have volunteers working for
them in ICT.

You do not need to be a specialist in IT, only that some part
of your work involves ICT. In fact you don't really have to be
a volunteer - if think you aren't paid enough for what you do,
then that's good enough! ;-)

the network.
