Jordi's presentation

I got from a friend the URL

However, when trying to access this presentation (via a MegaVNN line), I
get a firewall blockage.

Firewalls are since some years in Vietnam only legal to block illegal content.
Can somebody pls. explain me, what is illegal in Jordi's presentation?
Is FLOSS illegal in Vietnam? Threatens state security?

IMHO, VDC is illegally blocking access to legal content on the Web.
Jordi, I would highly appreciate, if you would "make it a case".
Us normal earthlings cannot do. Only you, in your position, are probably
able to uncover and initiate something against the illegality of most
blockages in VDC's firewall.

PS: If you want to have the presentation: it is about 200 kB. I can send
it, or you just need to use another ISP with a more reasonable firewall.
