Fwd: Vietnamese Newbie

Dear Darren,

if you need VISCII for compatibility reasons to edit "old" documents: fine.
We have a new standard now in Vietnam, based on Unicode, and I would like
to encourage you to advice your "clients" not to use any old standard, but
the current one for any new document.
I can not help you with your installation issue, but will forward your mail
to two lists. Maybe somebody there can help and contact you directly...

Cheers,
Stefan
