ttx5.com spammer

Dear All,

I got yesterday and today (until now, it still does not stop) 39 (!!) mails
from "news" <info@tencongty.com>. This guy obviously wants to setup a spam
list, and does not know how, and needed until now 39 test mails....

Interestingly, again to my hn.vnn.vn address, which should be known only to
people in VDC/Hanoi P&T.

Spam from inside Vietnam is getting more and more. Is there no way to stop
them?
Any lawyer on the list, who is interested?

states: "Copyright 2003-2005" Too stupid to setup a mailing list, but
claiming copyright in advance. ....
