I've tried VietkeyLinux beta. OO in VietkeyLinux doesn't have Vietnamese language and seems to be the original one from OpenOffice.org site. As I can say, VietkeyLinux beta is such a mini-redhat-distro with a Vietnamese Installer (anaconda) and KDE.
