Vietkey has a download page:

I assume, that Vietkey Linux includes a Vietnamese OpenOffice (?).
If so, the sources might be available for download from their website (?).

You can download 1 to 3, but for item 4 (the VietkeyLinux beta), they
require you to register with name and eMail address.
