Given the article below on the paranoiac trends in the US now, IFF whoever is in charge of the encryption-restriction laws in VietNam could be persuaded to realize (1) that VietNam has some brilliant cryptography experts and (2) this simple Fact
Without widespread use of encryption, wide-spread e-Commerce is impossible. THEN, there could be one more area where VietNam could get an advantage on the Intellectual-Property-dominant nations. (Of course, to do so, VietNam could not fear its own people too much...)
