I've done that and would like to warmly welcome all members of the OSS
Taskforce from the various Ministries, Institutions, Companies etc., to
this list!

Please feel free to use it as "your list", in English, Vietnamese, or
whatever other language is suitable for you. If you post a mail to
<oss@isoc-vn.org>, then all list members will receive it. Be careful, not
to write to <OSS@isoc-vn.org>, since this won't work. The lower case "oss"
is important. Also, in case you use several eMail addresses, remember that
only list members can post, i.e. the "from address" has to be the one under
which you are subscribed. The list is archived at
http://www.isoc-vn.org/cgi-bin/mojo/mojo.cgi?f=archive&l=oss
in case you want to see, what was going on until now ...

Once again: Welcome and looking forward to fruitful informations and
discussions!
