Dear Ad,

Our OSS task group have proposed at the first meeting some members to be
responsible for FLOSS education and training:
- Hoang Le Minh, deputy director of the HCMcity Department of Science,
Technology and Environment;
- Nguyen Ngoc Binh, Hanoi University of Technology (Dai Hoc Bach Khoa Hanoi)
- Ho Tuong Vinh, Institut d'Informatique de la Francophonie, Hanoi
They are preparing an education and training programme on FLOSS.
The Vietnam IT Examination and Support Center (VITEC), director: Dr. Nguyen
Kim Anh/Mrs. also join this activity.
So please contact them to discuss about our cooperation. Thanks.
