My question to you is where are you living now, and
what is character of your living country ? Vietnams
has phase “ Nhap gia tuy tuc”. So,

VnCES etatblished in the Vietnam law, it vote by its
members. it's voice is the voice all ministries and
organization state body and NGO, and private sector.
The voice of society component.
So clearly that VnCES can consultant and support VN
GOV with good decision on ICT develop and economic
market develop.
