Sorry, I had today in the morning maybe a bit too much in my head to make my thoughts clear. What I mean: - There should be no mandatory "eCommerce standards". The matter evolves anyway faster than government standards can cope with. - There should be technical standards (like the "Unicode TCVN") to choose from/ agree upon. Maybe that is a bit more clear.
