Maps are pretty expensive. The mapping authority (in Nguyen Chi Thanh
road) charges 1.000.000 VND for one CD (one map), and you need 39 maps to
cover Vietnam at 1:250.000 scale. And you need an introduction letter
from your co quan. I suspect they would object to them being made
available on a server, but bandwidth considerations would make it
impractical anyway.
