At this point, i think enough's been said on this subject. No? Up to you or
anyone else who'd like to comment.

I'm still *for* promoting end-user-apps localization, but as a secondary
priority to promoting wider knowledge of the infrastructural FLO
(Free/Libre&Open) systems and subculture, at this time.

Maybe in 1-2 years more i'd agree with focusing limited resources on
end-user apps.
