ViscDict - Dictionary engine for X-Window

Description
ViscDict project was first started base on webdict - a web based dictionary
written by Ho Ngoc Duc. It's main purpose is provide a more friendly and
useful interface to lookup words. The core technique is re-indexing the
dictionary databases for faster seeking. Any preformated dictionary
database can be added to work, so it can be thinked as an engine.
