LUGs and non-Linux OSS

Dear All, especially those with contacts to VN-LUGs ...

are the various Vietnamese Linux User Groups only interested in Linux, or
also in other OSS, e.g. OSS for Windows platform, as an entry into the
FLOSS world?

Would they/their members be interested/willing e.g. to promote OpenOffice
for Windows?

To be done e.g.:
- Find and download templates from the Net
(MS Office comes with lots of templates, but OpenOffice has none)
- Translate those templates
- Find/Create typical "Vietnamese" icons for the graphics library (clip art)
- Compile a "Master CD", which would contain not only the sources,
but also binaries for Linux and Windows,
along with "add-ons" like templates, free Vietnamese Unicode Fonts, etc.
As you see, the beneficiaries would also be Linux users ...
