Just a short rest before the start....

Folks,

the new version of the list software is finally out. I'll look to install
it latest by 11.04, announce this list then to the VNITI list (where
postmasters of several ISPs, as well as VNNIC people are lurking ;) and
after giving them some time to subscribe, let's start....
